Q: Do I qualify as a patient?

A: We would like to help you if you are underinsured or uninsured (without insurance) or if you are unable to access medical care.


Q: If I have Medicaid, can I still come?

A: Yes, we would like to help you as well.


Q: How do I get an appointment?

A: To set up an appointment, call (512) 766-9979. You can (but don’t have to) print and fill a registration form and bring it when you come to your first appointment. If you have further questions, feel free to email [email protected] We are looking forward to seeing you!

Q: What services do you provide?

A: We provide different services in two locations. Our first location is at our Hope Medical Clinic. Here you will find services in acute primary care (including colds, allergies & common illnesses), and chronic disease care (including hypertension & diabetes). In addition, we provide nutritional education, school sports physicals, limited physical therapy and dental screenings.


Our dental services are provided at various locations around town. We focus on dental care and provide limited restorative and preventive dental services, such as cleanings, filling cavities and pulling teeth. We cannot do cosmetic care at this time.


Q: What services do you NOT provide?

A: We do not provide services for pregnant women and STD testing.
